Okay, so there's this one guy in one of my classes. And, like, for weeks now, I've been thinking he was a guy on the debate team with me. So I've been chatting with him, sitting next to him, eating lunch after our class with him.

About a week ago, in the middle of eating lunch with him, it hit me: he was a totally different person. I had no idea what his name was.

SO, FROM THAT POINT ON, IT WAS MY QUEST TO FIGURE OUT HIS NAME WITHOUT HIM NOTICING THAT I DIDN'T KNOW IT even though I'm pretty sure that he didn't know my name either.

So, today, I saw him in the hall. And we have an in-class essay tomorrow, and he was like, "Hey, we should discuss the material and stuff together." And I was like, "Sure.
